I never sold a house before. She was very patient, always calm; followed thru with details immediately. Her support team was very helpful. At the very start of my decision to sell, even before we had a contract, she came over and advised me of changes for doing delayed maintenance and upgrades- new carpet, etc. Madeline did a bunch of varied local advertising continuously thru the year of the listing and had a professional photographer produce an excellent set of photos for the MLS. The only negative thing I can say about her is that she refused to jump in one of the swimming pools when checking out a home for us. I guess even top real estate brokers have a limit to what they will do to expiditte a transaction
